DEG, Inc. was founded in 1999, by Ian O. Watson while he was earning his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Berry College. He decided to take a chance and build a company based on two simple, yet often forgotten principles: hard work and "WOWWING" every single customer. In the beginning, having driven from Rome to Atlanta seven days a week in order to complete school and run a business, Ian is proud to have built a company that has detailed over 750,000 vehicles the proper way since 1999.

Since he could remember, Ian has always had a passion for cars. Some of his earliest memories were washing his parent's cars in their driveway. Ian often looks back and says, "Who would have thought that little boy would have taken a wash bucket and mitt so far."

Ian believes luck comes from hard work and he works very hard to ensure every one of his customers is treated like royalty. Whether it is detailing a million dollar Bugatti or a family minivan, everyone deserves the royal treatment. This belief is filtered through all levels and the employees of DEG, Inc.

Ian also believes in returning his success to the community and many charities. He is an avid supporter and contributor to such charities as The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network, The American Heart Association, American Pediatric Heart Fund, March of Dimes and The Fisher House Foundation.

For the last ten years, DEG, Inc. has staffed and managed dealerships' detail departments while performing personalized detailing on cars from California to New York; and is looking forward to growing even bigger and better.
